We have produced 7 recipes, each with a step-by-step guide and a how-to video and every week those taking part in the programme will receive a box full of ingredients.
The cost of the box to you will be just £2.50. Each box will have the ingredients that you will need to prepare and cook a healthy nutritious meal for 4 – 5 people.
